TERMS & CONDITIONS

Here are my terms & conditions of sale.

1. DEFINITIONS



1. "I/me/my" means Helen Hughes, trading as Created For You.
2. "The Customer" means any person, group or company trading with me.
3. "Goods/Products" means the item(s) which the Customer buys or agrees to buy from me.

 

2. ORDERING AND ACCEPTANCE



1. The acceptance of all orders is subject to these terms and conditions unless otherwise specified and agreed in writing by me.
2. The placing of all orders assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Customer.
3. Goods are subject to the minimum order quantities as specified on my web site or on the order forms and to a minimum order value of £4.99.
4. All items are subject to availability. Should any items be unavailable or sold out, I reserve the right to:
1. cancel orders for those items and make a cheque refund; or
2. contact the Customer to offer, where applicable, a substitute of equal or better quality or value.
5. I reserve the right to refuse any order from the Customer.

 

3. PRICE



1. All prices quoted are in UK pounds sterling and are fully inclusive.
2. The price of the goods will be the price currently being charged by me at the date of despatch of the goods, E&OE.
3. I reserve the right to amend prices at any time.

 

4. TERMS OF PAYMENT AND DESPATCH OF GOODS



1. Full payment must be received by me at the time of order either by cheque or postal order in UK pounds sterling or, for online orders, via Paypal.
2. Goods will only be despatched on receipt of cleared funds.

 

5. DELIVERY



1. Delivery times quoted are approximate and intended as a guide only. I will take all reasonable steps to ensure that estimated delivery times are met. However, I will not accept any liability whatsoever for any delays in delivery or for any consequential loss caused by events beyond my reasonable control, including, but not limited to, issues relating to carriers or suppliers or other third parties.
2. Unless otherwise requested, I may hold any order(s) where an item is out of stock until all items on that order(s) become available.
3. Any special delivery instructions must be set out clearly by the Customer on or with the order, or advised to me at the time of ordering by telephone or email.
4. I will only supply goods for delivery within the UK.

 

6. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS



1. Ownership and title of all goods supplied remain with me until the full price of the goods has been paid to me by the Customer.

 

7. DESCRIPTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS



1. Every care has been taken to ensure that each item shown in/on my literature/web site is accurately described and illustrated. All sizes/weights quoted in/on the literature/web site are approximate.
2. I make every effort to supply goods as illustrated, but items may be subject to deletion or substitution as and when necessary at my discretion.
3. I aim continuously to develop my products and product range and therefore reserve the right to alter specifications and designs without prior notice.
4. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on my web site/literature/order forms or any other document issued by me will be subject to correction without any liability on my part.

 

8. SUITABILITY



1. No liability will be accepted for any direct or indirect loss or damage, however caused, resulting from the use of my products, whether for injury, damage to property or financial loss. All reasonable care is taken to ensure that products are suitable for the use intended and accurately described accordingly.
2. It is for the Customer to decide whether particular items are suitable for use by the children concerned, under adult supervision, and to ensure that products are used sensibly and as originally intended.
3. Goods are not suitable for children under 3 years old due to the presence of small parts.

 

9. RETURN OF GOODS



1. Goods returned for refund or exchange must be received by me in perfect resaleable condition, complete and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt by the Customer. Return carriage costs must be paid by the Customer, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.

 

10. DISCREPANCY CLAIMS



1. Claims for shortage(s), damaged goods or goods not ordered must be made in writing or by e-mail and received by me within 3 days of the goods being delivered to the Customer. Although I will make every effort to rectify shortage(s) or damaged goods or any other errors on my part, I do not accept any responsibility for any consequential loss(es).
2. Faulty or damaged goods must not be disposed of until express instructions have been received from me.

 

11. GENERAL



1. Any information or data supplied on my web site, in my literature, leaflets or pack inserts is intended as a guide only.

 

12. STATUTORY RIGHTS



1. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect the statutory rights of the Customer.

 

13. GOVERNING LAW



1. Contracts are subject to the Law of England and Wales
